11 months antibiotic treatment:

Increasingly longer courses of therapy have been reported.6 Tetracycline was prescribed from 1 to 11 months (mean, 4 months) for 277 patients with chronic Lyme disease.6 The majority was successfully treated; 20% of the patients were cured; 70% of the patients' conditions improved, and treatment failed for 10% of the patients.
